The Breakdown
1. Personalized Fitness Plan: The $75 session includes a complete professional and personal custom fitness plan tailored to your individual specific goals, needs, and fitness level. The plans are designed by me (certified personal trainer) based on an initial assessment and consultation with you (the client).
2. One-on-One Training: The session also includes one-on-one training with me, who will guide you through the personalized fitness plan, provide instruction on proper form and technique, and offer motivation and support throughout the session.
3. Equipment and Facility Use: The cost of the session may also cover the use of fitness equipment and facilities during the training session. This may include access to the lab (fitness studio), or outdoor training space, as well as any necessary equipment such as weights, resistance bands, or cardio machines.
4. Accountability and Progress Tracking: The client can expect accountability and progress tracking as part of the $75 session. The fitness professional will monitor the client's progress, adjust the fitness plan as needed, and provide feedback and guidance to help the client reach their fitness goals.
5. Time: The sessions are an hour and a half. This is your time and you have my complete expertises and attention as well as my guidance during the session. My policy is that you show up on time once the hour and a half block is up the session is over. This teaches discipline and allows me to help other clients.
